They were able to come out the next business day (i called late in the afternoon) and were able to quickly order the parts that were needed for our repair. Once the parts were available they prioritized fixing our system. The technician was courteous and professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: The heater in one of our cabins went out and our renter had no heat. So I called Airworks to come see if it in fact did have a hole & needed replacement as told to me by a service tech from another company. The girl in the office said the tech would call me back later that day. No one ever called me knowing we had no heat!! Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: First off I picked this company solely on basis of reviews on Angie's list as I do not live in Montana. |My 19 year old daughter lives there in a mobile home we bought for her use and an alarm on the furnace went off at midnight one night. |She was smart enough to google the issue and found out it was not a critical problem. |The technician arrived on time each time ( they give you a window timeframe). He called me after he left sight to tell me we had an air blend problem and it "could be" various parts which might be the issue and would need to be replaced. He said I could just pay the $99 for diagnostic trip (which I point out he had not precisely diagnosed yet ) and not fix the problem as it was just a venting to attic issue. |I knew I wanted issue fixed so I did not argue that he had not done his diagnostic work properly but I feel that was not very professional. |He also took the filters out of the furnace and did not replace them but took them out because he said they "we're filthy." |I had replaced them in December & they are the filter that you could remove some of the dust if you really wanted to be a cheapskate.....but my issue with him taking them away is that my daughter thought she couldn't run the furnace without filters so was cold for 4 days before she told me about it and asked me when and what was happening with them ( when I knew nothing about them being taken out). |So I called technician and basically said he should have been more professional & explained to my daughter a little more detail what she could do about the filters.....he laughed at me which pretty much has p me off..... Because you don't laugh at customers at all when they are concerned and I used to work for an hvac company & I know that filters are routinely replaced without customer input.. And in this instance they weren't even replaced. |I am sure this company will fix things properly but was disappointed by their lack of professionalism.

 + -1 moreAnother company had been in to do yearly maintenance on our furnace and detected a small gas leak. They said they would have to configure a new tool to get the the spot and replace with flexible pipes. This seemed like a lot to me so we called Airworks for their opinion. They came out that day and fixed the leak within an hour simply by taking the pipes apart adding new seal and tightening the existing connections. No special tool needed or new piping. They were very professional and prompt. Called when they were on their way over.
Description of Work: Fixed a small gas leak in the gas pipes leading to the furnace.

They sent someone out to our house right away and the system was fixed (which happened to be a large air lock and not the Honeywell switch I thought it was) within 3 hours of the call.
Description of Work: They trouble shot the problem in our system, and fixed it quickly!

 + -1 moreMy Tech was very courteous! He called in advance letting me know we was on his way a little early and if that was alright. He also answered all my question's (a lot of questions) and was in and out within an hour. He was also was clear on to expect, and what my options were.

 + -1 moreWe had a yearly tune up done on our furnace in 10-11. The furnace is an older furnace. We had to have them come back out 2 months later because the furnace quit working. They came out the same day we called and did a few adjustments and got it back up and running without any other problems todate. We have dealt with this company for the past 7 years and have always been very satisfied. They charge by the job and do not change overtime fees if they go past 5:00 pm. They also stay until the job is done!!!! Would and have recommend AirWorks to friends and family. Because of the great service we have always received from them.

 + -1 moreStarted using this co. after co we had used for ten years said we needed a new unit because our tank was ruptured. Air works looked at it and tightened two fittings and it was fixed. They have not misled us or failed us sense. Our second unit failed and they advised us that the operating cost would warrent replacing with a Heat Pump
