+ -1 moreHe is so friendly, personal and professional. I own a Real Estate Management business and there is NO ONE I would recommend more highly for my properties!!
Description of Work: We were having some issues with mystery sounds in our walls. After having had 3 other exterminators over, Lan did some investigation and got to the root of the problem. We had 3 wild raccoons that were entering our building from the near by river. He was able to get them out, cease the sounds, close up the wall so they couldnt get in again and also cleaned up the smell they had left behind (not pretty). He also now sprays our building for bugs and other pests!
