Eric and his expert crew handled all phases of construction except electrical, gutters, and the removal of a tree. Eric prepped the site (removed the stump, bought in fill dirt, built the slab form), constructed the garage, painted it to match the house, and configured the driveway. The quality and speed of the work was top notch in every respect. Eric worked closely with us on the design and was able to make adjustments along the way. His bid was among the lowest we received. Eric is straightforward and honest and a pleasure to work with. The result is beautiful and has earned the admiration of many folks in the neighborhood. Eric and the crew at 4J Builders get my very highest recommendation, I'm never calling anyone else.

Eric and his crew, showed up just when promised, they got the job done in great time. Even when they ran across problems (mold and old fire damage) they took care of it quickly and efficiently. When we had some cracks that showed up in the grout after the mob was completed he came back and touched up at no charge. I am once again HIGHLY impressed with his work! These guys are by far, way above the rest of the pack. I have dealt with many contractors and for the most part they are just mediocre at best, but Eric and his crew know how to get things done. Eric is licensed and insured (verified) gives the lowest bid, gets the project done within the timeframe promised (earlier most of the time). He is very professional, hardworking, and leaves his project clean and ready to use. I have had 4J Builders do multiple projects from a small one-day project, to constructing a 40'x35' shop.
