Their prices are extremely good. They are very competent and they do excellent work. They are very creative. They do not just run of the mill but they make the work customized for you. Their responsiveness to our needs is very good and they drive about 10,000 miles to get here. Their professionalism is also very good.

The process of working with Advanced Construction Concepts was outstanding. They listened to our needs and developed a beautiful design. The design was developed via computer design to enable us to see how the finished project would look. That was very helpful and enabled us to make a few alterations. Work started on this project on June 14, 2012 and conculded on December 14, 2012. They kept us informed each day of work as to what would happen the next day and week. As the project entered the finishing phases they assisted us in choosing colors, flooring, and finishing touches to enhance the building. Several times, they brought suggestions for us to consider which they felt would make the finished project look better or work better for our particular needs. We are very grateful for their suggestions and now that the project is finished, their suggestions were outstanidng and we can't imagine the building without those elements. Advanced Conctrustion Concepts is very creative, skilled, and considerate of their clients needs. We are very pleased to have the opportunity to live in a home they helped create. We admire their outstanding work each and every day. What a joy.

The house was a rental unit we've owned for several years, and had accumulated damage from rough tenants. We needed the place renovated and ready for sale so we could quit worrying about it. They began work quickly and I could not believe how fast they had the place gutted down to nothing. They dealt with rotting insulation and water damage issues across an entire bathroom where the roof had leaked through all the way to the belly of the modular. The toilet was ready to fall through the floor due to rotting damage. They redid everything. New flooring, drywall, windows, doors, kitchen, fixtures landscaping, as well as a new garage addition, laundry room/entry way, spray foam insulated skirting and garage. These guys do everything and it is now on the market with one very interested buyer that we're working with. We would have never got it sold without this renovation. Great work.
