Description of Work: Irrigation inspection and checkup

Description of Work: Spring clean up, weed removal trimming trees, mowing, trimming, leaf blowing from shrubs and deck - about 1/2 acre.

Description of Work: I had called several lawn care services to obtain bids for major clean up and for on going lawn mowing. I called at least 20 services; some were too busy: some did not return the call: many did not show up for appointment; or just drove by but did not followup with their bid. Some called me back 4 days after I called. I had 4 services show up to look at the job. The property manager got a fellow to start the job but he was 2.5 weeks late, showed for 1 day and only completed 1/2 the job, never came back and left a huge brush pile in the alley directly behind my neighbors garage. Valley View Lawn and Property Care stepped right in and graciously completed the 1/2 completed job. They showed up when they said they would and they completed the work in the time frame they said they would. They trimmed bushes, removed dead bushes that required digging out, and trimmed trees, bushes growing over and through the fence from the neighbors. They removed small trees that were growing in the alley. The yard looks great and I believe they will come on regular basis to do the mowing and to maintain the yard.
