Hello, I am eager to share with the community a positive experience I had recently. My metal roof was damaged by the multiple high wind days. I needed to find a roofer and had been dreading it. I was lucky enough to run across a company called TopLine Exteriors. Jared, the owner was a pleasure to work with. He was, prompt to respond to my request for bid and was here the.next day to evaluate the roof. From start to finish my roof on my house and my small home office building had new metal roofs w/I less than 2 weeks. Jared, kept me informed of his progress, was very patient with my many questions and extremely innovative in how was able to troubleshoot some of of this older houses inconsistency.. We originally had six companies come in and give us bids. We really liked Top Line , but decided to go with another company that was more established. When I told Jared our decision he was so polite and understanding about it. I then called our chosen company to check in. They had done nothing in the two weeks since we had told them we wanted to use them. Hadn't even started on our quotes or information. So I fired them and immediately called Jared. Him and his crew were out within the week. Took less than 2 weeks to have our job completely done. It turned out wonderful we couldn't be happier. My husband has been a carpenter for 40 years. And he's very particular when he hires anyone else to work. I would go so far as to say he is very critical of other Carpenters. We are all very happy with the results! Top line is professional, friendly, courteous, and did a great job! We would be happy to give any references or answer any questions about Top Line. Project was changed ! Decided to go with Corning wear asphalt shingles. This contractor was well versed on his profession. Double checked with me on any question on how I wanted to proceed. ALWAYS on time. If I wanted something more added he was quick to respond. The project went smoothly and the roofing was finished ahead of Schedule. We reviewed all my wants before he finished the job. Clean up was superb. Deserves a 6 Star rating!!!! Would recommend him without hesitation!!!

I highly recommend Topline Exteriors to anyone who needs roof repair or a new roof. Jared and his team were diligent, highly experienced and professional throughout my roof project. Communication from them throughout the project was excellent. They repaired the storm damage to my roof from a fallen tree in an excellent manner. In the process alerted me to several other areas of my roof that had been damaged over time due to my roof's age. I decided to have them replace my entire roof. They did so in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier with the results. Also, the price was fair. A job well done. 5 stars plus! Thank you Jared and your team!

Topline went above and beyond and got our roof replaced quickly. They also did some extra work to fix mistakes the previous contractor made when the roof was originally installed. Would recommend to anyone and hire them again!
