Description of Work: I had insulation put in the attic of my house. Mike and Will both were professional and worked well together. They answered questions I had during the process, cleaned up afterward, and both were very knowledgeable about their work. Mike also was helpful in my applying to NW Energy for an energy improvement refund.

Description of Work: Installed blow-in attic insulation. Target Energy Systems had a good bid, they set me up for the Northwestern Energy Rebates to help pay for it, and did a good job insulating. My energy bills went down substancially after insulating.

 + -1 moreHe is incompetent in his work. He ordered a door after we talked about my needs. The new door is the reverse of what we discussed so it now opens into the corner of the room and the installation wasn't even completed. I have had to duct tape it closed to keep the mice out. I have contacted the window company, VPI, to try and have him work with them but now they are both ignoring my calls. He had said he could reverse the door but he said it was too complicated.
Description of Work: He installed a door incorrectly.
