They were going to be running late but called me first thing In the morning to make sure that would work with my schedule. Arrived at the exact time he said he'd be there. did a great job of cleaning the carpet...I had a bad stain from some spilled liquid laundry soap ( dark blue) and he made no false promises that he'd be able to completely get that out. the carpet was REALLY bad to begin with and looked very nice and clean with a fresh smell when finished

Rainbow International responded quickly to our call the morning the toilet in our new home overflowed. We had utilized the services of Rainbow International a number of years ago, in another part of Montana, and based on that experience contacted them in the Helena area. Later that same morning they responded, after calling first to let us know they were enroute. They quickly assessed the bathroom and surrounding area of the house for moisture and then set up a drier unit in that bathroom. Since we also had the moving company delivering our household goods that day the timely response of Rainbow International was important. The service personnel were also informative and courteous. They came to pick up the drier unit when they said they would and also called prior to arriving then. We were pleased again by their timely and competent services.
