lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreI took my new Cub Cadet to R & R Pump for repair. It had a noise when it was warmed up, coming from the engine. I gave my tractor to them on July 13, 2009, as of today, August 10, 2009 I do not have it and still have no idea when I may receive it. If anyone has any power equipment needing repair, WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!! Rude, inconsiderate, and not in business to service the customer's needs. I will trailer my tractor 100 miles to the next nearest repair shop if the need arises. To bad a local company conducts business that way, I do try to support local businesses when I can.
Description of Work: I took my Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor to R & R Pump Company on July 1e3, 2009. After they had it for 2 (two) weeks I started inquiring as to the status of my mower. This is a $3,000.00 tractor that has 12 hours of use on it. The only response I have received is under protest and handled extremely rude by a lady named "Kim". Tamer Rask, owner, told me that Kim did not want to talk to me at one point. All I have asked for is to get my tractor fixed, I asked that Kim call and see if I could have a date when the parts they have ordered would be recei ved. As I said, this was obviously more work than she wanted to do and it is apparently ok with the owner, Tamer Rask, that she handle their customers that way.
