Description of Work: I think it is interesting that I have talked with people who also rent from them and have the same problem. They are rude on the phone. So I do not call them any more. If I need any thing fixed I just do it myself or have someone come and fix it then I deduct it from my rent. Plus it takes them forever to fix anything. My little yard was brown all summer cause they did not turn the water on till the end of Aug. They made me pay late fees one month and I always pay my rent before the 1st of the month. I always mail my rent out on the 25th of the month. Some how it got lost in the mail, the envelope was dated the 29th, they didn't get it till after the third even thought the envelope was dated the 29th of the previous month. I plan on moving in the spring of 2013 and will file a complaint with BBB against them. I don't want to do it know cause they might threaten me again and make me move. I like the area where I live.
