MONTANA'S SIDING & WINDOW CO

Let me start by saying I love MOST of my new windows. Nick did a great job! The ratings reflect my EXTREME disappointment in my new patio door and Mikes cavalier dismissal of my concerns. I ordered a patio door with a built in pet door. I ordered a large pet door so I wouldn't be limited in the size of dog I got to replace the dogs I lost and also, come time to sell the house, a prospective buyer wouldn't be limited in the size of their dog. The installed door fits a MEDIUM doggie door not a large. Mike said that he ordered the large and that it the way the manufacture sent it, there was nothing he could do and hey, I don't need a large dog anyway! EXCUSE ME!!! I paid over $1300 for a patio door and I can't have a Springer Spaniel (one of the dogs I had recently lost) I could have gotten a standard patio door and kept the insert I had. Mick is a fast talker that can't be trusted to do the right thing.

We hardly knew the installers were at our house, they worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. The owner is a great guy and came to our house more than once to make sure we were happy! I know other people in Helena who have had great experiences with their window service as well. This is our second house that they have installed windows in!

The process of replacing windows and installing steel siding was painless from beginning to end. They left the job site cleaner than when the job began, much appreciated. The estimate was the final cost. Very pleased with their professionalism. Thanks!
