They were Horrible!!!! The only reason they don't get an F rating is that everyone we encountered were nice but they are terrible at what they do. We have a 4 bedroom house. On the first day, only 2 people showed up until over half the day was gone. The guys who were suppose to pack up my office (second site) showed up unprepared and with boxes not meant for an office. They packed things I specifically said were not suppose to go. Those boxes blew out by the time they got them to the moving truck. The 2nd day ran 3.5 hours late because they didn't finish packing on day one. They replaced the blown boxes but didn't correct the inventory list. They were later than they said it would take to get to Florida and we were told it was because of the packing job (by the driver). When our things arrived, boxes were missing of our personal paperwork, boxes were crushed, and what they labeled on the boxes were incorrect!

They did a wonderful job wrapping and protecting our furniture. The unpacking was very professional and the driver was very nice.

At my old house the movers asked about the belongings and furniture that I wanted to bring to my new house. I pointed them out. I met them at my new house and specified the areas where I wanted the furniture and belongings to be ( I. e., desk in study, dishes in kitchen and dining areas; bed and dresser in bedroom etc.) As they were moving my computer desk down the ramp, it broke. All the other furniture and belongings were in good shape. I filled out a complaint report. The movers set up my bed before they left. They were courteous and efficient.

They did a good job, but they lost couple of our boxes. They showed up right on time. They were organized and well staffed. They stuck to my schedule. I had a lot of artwork to be careful with and they were great with the artwork. They moved major appliances to little amenities. The driver was very pleasant.

They had a lot of young guys unloading who didn't really know exactly what they were doing. There was a long trip we had to go from the truck to the house. We live on a hill and they couldn't get the semi up so there was just some confusion. The overall experience was good.

It was approximately an 800-mile move. They did a great job. We were very pleased.

The people that packed my old house left all the doors and windows open and left the house full of flies. They either lost or stole several items, including a 22 foot extension ladder. They don't answer telephone calls and when I wrote them a letter, they wrote back and said that according to their records, they never shipped that stuff that I reported missing. It was witnessed by the new owner of my old house that they did load those items onto their truck. There was also a lot of damage to my furniture.
