I have absolutely no complaints. Pete was pleasant to deal with and very responsive to emails and phone calls. While visiting about the job, he told me they were about a month out, which was not bad because another company I talked to claimed to be a year out. So, I gave Pete a check and the signed agreement. A week and a half later, he called and said they could come out and do our roof. His guys showed up when they said they would and worked through two blustery cold days. The crew was friendly and a pleasure to talk to when asking questions. They had the old roof off and the area cleaned really well the first day, a Thursday. The second day, a Friday, they had the shingles installed and only needed to finish the cap at the peak. They came back and finished it up on Saturday morning. On each visit, they left the yard clean and in good shape. I highly recommend Little Roofing and Construction if you have any roofing work you need done.

Tried to contact the firm to do some gutter additions on a new home since they were doing the roofing for the previous owner and never heard back from them

The work was done on schedule and within the estimated budget. In addition to completely removing a very steeply-pitched cedar shake roof, the original roof of the 100 plus year old house, the crew had to build the roof onto the house to meet building code. I chose a style and color and the crew of Pete Little Roofing did the massive amount of work. The crew cleaned up at every step of the work, were very careful of my two golden retrievers who were in the yard part of the time, and when our insurance company requested that the ornamental shake siding also be replaced Pete Little subcontracted a man who did the siding removal and replacement at the agreed price and within the agreed time frame. When the job was complete the house looked fantastic. I would recommend Little Roofing for any roof repair, replacement or just new construction. Excellent end result and very easy to work with.

After work had been done (twice) by another major roofing company, Christman Roofing, the roof was still leaking. I contacted Little and he came out and said that the work done by the previous roofer had not been complete and that the fix was to put some super sticky roofing tape over a gap. It cost $50 so I took a chance. The roof still leaks in spots. I had yet another roofing company, Above It All Roofing, look at the job and FINALLY, someone pulled out a measuring tool. The tool indicated that due to the lack of slope in the roof that an improper roofing material had been used and I need a rubber roof. I have not done this yet since it is very expensive but I will call Above It All Roofing.

We took 3 bids and Little Roofers was the lowest bid we also found them on angieslist at first then called for a bid. They were on time and very professional, started work on time and cleaned up very good.

Little Roofing's crew was excellent. They were careful to keep our dogs inside the fence, left no rubble anywhere, and completed a very steep, difficult roofing job in less than ideal weather. They let me know if there were going to be workers at my home on any weekend days, or if workers would not come when I might expect them.
