+ -1 moreI can’t believe how professional, honest, and helpful this team is. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
Description of Work: I have Johnny , nick and Chris at my home a couple of times recently and they did an outstanding job. They were here when they said they would be, got out a couple of stains which I thought would never come out and so very nice and courteous. We also had a clogged air conditioner duct and took the time to clean that as well. I then dealt with the office manager Mel. She had my information pulled up in no time at all. She also was very professional and helpful.I will definitely be calling HARVEST CLEANING for all my carpet and duct cleaning.

+ -1 moreDO NOT HIRE this company under any circumstances!!!! They are con artists, rookies, unprofessional, rude, threatening and just down and out awful people. They not only did not finish the cleaning, damaged our floor, late to arrive, left our house unlocked. It literally looked like they showed up, took an 8 hour coffee break then left the house!!!! Then they want to be paid! Their lack of professionalism caused us to have to hire a second company a week before a big event. One star is far to generous to give this company....disgusting service, lack of decorum. Pay the extra for professionals. These guys are hacks!

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job taking the extra time to work on several stains that had already been preset but tried any way leaving my carpet in the best shape it has been in in a while. They were very professional taking the time to explain several issues with stains and providing a cleaning product for future stains so that they don't set.
Description of Work: They cleaned my carpet in living room, hall way and bed room and basement stairway.
