 + 5 moreHe was able to do very precise work because of the 45 degree angles etc. and the existing conditions it not a normal remodel. The stair way was very complicated and because I am an architect we were able to bounce things off of each other to make sure that it all turned out correctly. He did most of the work himself, he had a plumber and a HVAC guy brought in, but the rest of the work he did himself. Each day he would clean up because we were living in the house while this work was being done.
Description of Work: They removed the main stairway in the house and relocated and rebuilt a new stairway. They totally remodeled the upper floor bedroom and made it into a master suite, remodeled the kitchen, and redid the cabinets, and the dining area. They also changed out one bath and made it into a bath and a half so we added a whole another bathroom. They added a mud room and a pantry for us and completely changed the whole house for us.
