The storm window was ready when they said it would be so I took it home and found the hole for the attachment was cut too long so it would not stay in the storm window. Also the entire storm window was cut just enough short so that flying critters could get in between the top of it and the window frame. I took everything back to them and explained what the problem was and they agreed to redo it. This time when I picked it up they actually had the hose attachment in the storm window hole with a very snug fit which was perfect. When I got it home and put it in the window in place of the window screen that fit was perfect also. It took a little extra running around and I was without AC just a little longer than I had planned but in the end the work was very well done, they stood behind their work. The original job I would rate a D but the redo I would rate an A+ so I gave them a B overall because there was a little inconvenience. I had also requested the storm window be made of Plexiglass and they had advised me that Plexiglass cracks when used for the purpose I needed it for and suggested Lexan which is not rigid but it is pricey.
