Very professional and the sales staff is terrific. They go above and beyond to make sure customer satisfaction is #1. We've used them on many flooring projects before and have always felt that do a great job with a competitive price.

We had originally planned on removing the old tile as well as the old dirty carpet. While they mentioned it would be a dirty job I didn't realize how long it would take. We ended up being in a bit of a time crunch. The installer was the one who had to tell me we couldn't do the tile but was able to come up with a very good option. He was on time when it came to the install of the floor and did a beautiful job We love the new flooring and it even looks good next to the original tile - we just need to get that cleaned up. We love doing business with a local small business - Finstads certainly fills the bill!

Christine was awesome to work with. The Finstead's hard wood installers, Francis Poole and crew, did a great job. Project was on time. The carpet seems to be a really a good product, and was a good choice. However, the new grey maple hard wood flooring is a game-changer. It is flat out awesome. The Kentwood pre-finished flooring fits together really well. Very few bad pieces in a box. Big thumbs up on it.

Christine at Finstad's was great to work with. She took the time to help pick out all of the tile for our house which included laundry, mud room, bathrooms, and custom showers. She helped pick out accents that worked well with the theme of our house. She even helped pick out paint colors based on the tile and carpet we chose. She went to the house to get an idea of the space before she placed the order to ensure she ordered the correct quantity and make sure the colors worked together. The carpet installers were top notch. One piece of carpet was not perfect, so the installers did not proceed with installing, they had Finstad's order a different piece. They care about quality.

Our salesman, Ed was a dream. He responded right away, did all the measuring and set up installation for us when the hardware didn't match the old mounts. He understood exactly what we wanted and made sure we got the best quality for the money we wanted to spend - couldn't have asked for more.

Finstad's Carpet One has been our go-to resource for decades as we remodeled our older home. Their variety of products makes remodeling a delight - who can say that very often? The staff there have treated us so well with advice, suggestions, options, and installation service par none. This remodel was no exception. From start to finish Janene offered ideas, websites we could research and delivered samples to our home. Her and Ed's home visits were critical in getting exactly what we wanted. Newly retired, we hoped to find an excellent product at a value we could afford. Janene found our product, and Doug gave us a very good deal. We must mention the professional installers at Finstad's. We've not had good luck with the "buy the product here and find your own installer" arrangement. Janene did all the managing of calendars and changes by phone, text and email, and the installers she provided were great. Todd and especially Tom were organized, careful and professional, prompt and, in the end, real artists turning great products into dreams come true. Many thanks, and we'll be back of course.
