Connor Building & Design is an exceptional company to work with. My wife and I had Jake build us a home that we are extremely happy with. Jake suggested sub contractors that he has built a relationship over time and also let us pick our own. The option was left up to us. Jake was patient with us since it was our first time building a home. He let us present our ideas and thoughts and then applied his knowledge and expertise to the ideas given to him. His expansive knowledge helped us work well as a team to provide us with our overall outcome on our new home. The Connors are wonderful people, who work for you, and work guide you through the process. Marilyn Connor has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to design, budgeting and oversight, those skills helped us stay within budget. In turn that kept the stress of the building situation to a minimum. I would highly recommend Connor Building and Design to anyone who has a home project to be done or have them build you a home.

I called them once. They got back to me. They sent someone out to look at the work, but they never got back to me after that. I wanted to get an estimate of how much everything would cost. I tired contacting them, but they never got back to me with an estimate.

Speedy response, excellent clean-up, Experienced roofing crew. Completed the work without using a boombox!

The process went very well with the Connors. Jake helped us design the house with his design program. We started on time. Jake had the whole process lined out very well and it flowed well throughout construction. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with as the process progressed. Any small issues that arose, we worked through very easily. He worked very well with the City of Helena Inspector to make sure the house was in compliance and the process didn't have delays because of city inspections. We finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule and on budget. We were very happy with what we paid for and what we received.

The job was quoted quickly, performed on time (During the winter months in Montana, no less), and on budget. The guys clean up the site well. Very professional service. No Drama!
