This contractor was hired by my neighbor to swap egress windows. I came home one day to find that he had been trespassing on my land and dumped the dirt from his job on my land. He damaged my fence, the side of my house, my rain gutters and destroyed my lawn. His excuse was that he thought it was okay. He agreed to plant new seed the next spring, but after repeated calls, he has never replanted the seed and refuses to provide his insurance information for a claim after 2 years.

Building was completed on time, and premises were kept swept and tidy, you could tell he was proud of his work.

Chuck and his helper were both great to work with; Chuck returns phone calls and always let us know what was going on and his workmanship was excellent.

Chuck at Casteel Construction did a very nice job turning my dreary, dark and cold basement into a bright and cozy family room with a new bathroom. He tried to anticipate problems when he made his bid however the plumbing work ended up costing more than expected due to the deterioration of the existing pipes . The new concrete floor covering the new pipework had to be redone several times before it set properly but Chuck made sure he followed up with subcontractors until the job was completed to my satisfaction. He listened carefully to my goals and concerns and made suggestions about the project but ultimately wanted to make sure I achieved my goals of improving my basement for my current enjoyment and resale value while sticking to my budget as much as possible. He met me at Power Townsend to discuss pros and cons of bathroom vanities and to make sure the size was appropriate for my space. Overall I had a great experience with Casteel Construction and am very pleased with the results.

Casteel Construction is an excellent business. Chuck is responsive, reliable, dependable and trustworthy not to mention does great work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a new home or remodeling.

Chuck has been a great find. In an area where your lucky if a contractor shows up on time or at all Chuck is always here when he says and so are the subs he uses. Chuck is meticulous with great attention to detail and his pride in his work shows. I would and will use him again and would recomend him to my friends and family.
