Excellent. He came in as the lowest bid and was able to do the job within the week. Also very happy that he was willing to have him and his crew work on a weekend. I was also impressed that he (as an employer) is willing the to give some of his employees second chances in life. He is a little rough around the edges but is a good person and I would definately use him again and recommend others to use him.

Said he really wanted the work and arrived 2 days later as scheduled. Trees all removed that day. Bush was gone when I arrived home (4PM) but one of team was completing some clean up, and said that Bush had gone to get new blades for grinder. Bush then called saying the store was closed and would need to pick them up on Sat. He wanted payment for tree removal (700) and I agreed to arrangements for them to return and complete grinding in two days - Sunday. Found wood dumped next to woodpile but on opposite side of where wanted it - apparently I didn't say NOT to stack it on the side by the drive in gate into the yard! Gate was completely blocked, but figured I would have them move it Sunday... Did NOT return Sunday as scheduled, or by Wed of the following week and when I attempted to contact him, found voice mailbox was full. We were out of town the next weekend so didn't push return. Someone finally returned 13 days after the original service date and ground the stumps, missing one. By then, we had restacked the wood ourselves so we could get into the back yard. Called Bush, and he did return the next morning and completed the stump removal so I paid the rest of the job. I would consider using Bush again, as price was right, but would set parameters more carefully now that I have had this experience.
Description of Work: Removed approx 20 elm tree groups. Quoted$ 700.00 to remove the trees and we requested to keep the usable wood from the trees, having it stacked next to another pile of wood, and grind the stumps at another $200.00.
