 + -1 moreWe had a locking mechanism on our truck hitch. the kids have lost the keys and were moving. We were desperate to find a way to unlock the hitch lock. We called Burdick's and they said come down, and they removed it for free. When we are moved in, we will definitely be back for the key less entry products they have.

Description of Work: Technician arrived promptly actually a tad early, assessed the situation (broken deadbolt lock), took the lock to his truck and did what needed to be done to make it work again. He also changed the keying to that lock and provided me with extra keys to both that lock and another entry door lock.

 + -1 moreExcellent experiences all... I have had numerous calls to them over the years, though none recently, except going in to the shop for service.
Description of Work: First call the ignition on my daughter's car malfunctioned as we were leaving to drive to Seattle. A fellow came out and fixed it post haste. Second time, I locked myself out of a customer's house. Same deal...quick and responsive service. Good, honest folks to deal with.
