Description of Work: We bought an older house with switched outlets instead of overhead lights and had several 3 way switches that were not properly wired (both switches had to be "on" in order for the light to turn on). We had them cut in and wire 3 ceiling fans and had several wiring issues fixed.

Description of Work: We needed to have a few additional electrical outlets added and we needed our garage rewired for safety. Bulkley provided immediate service. They were fast and reliable. We felt safer.

Description of Work: I have used Bulkley Electric for all our electrical needs for 10 years, including work on a major addition to the house. They are always quick to respond, accurate in their workmanship, efficient in their work ethic, priced reasonably, and even patient with me when the problem is something that I have created or should have been able to fix easily.

Description of Work: Added a line where we could plug in an air conditioner. It took some clever planning and testing to do it so that circuits would not be overloaded.

Description of Work: Two bulbs in a 4 tube flourescent light fixture went out in my walk in closet. I replaced the bulbs but the new bulbs still did not light up so I changed the other two bulbs and nothing came on then either. My neighbor advised me it would require a new ballast and an electrician would have to wire it in so I called Buckley Electric, Inc. He said his labor charge was $65 per hour with a minimum one hour charge and the part would be about $30 to $40. I asked to be called when they were on the way and this was done. The electrician was in and out in 30 minutes and the part was $30.24, the low end of their parts estimate. I was very satisified with their service and will use them again if the need arises.
