+ -1 moreOwner had hostile interactions with the previous owner and came into our negotiations hostile. At one point was red faced yelling that the wasn't going to keep wasting his time trying to make the building water proof. He "fixed" the problem 3 separate times and the building continued to leak. The last time I contacted him to come fix it, he never showed.
Description of Work: We purchased a property where this company had previously built a commercial building. The building was leaking from one end to the other. We contacted the builder to fix the roof since we later found out that it had been leaking since the time the building went up. There were 3 other identical buildings on the property built by a different construction company and none of those leaked.
