+ -1 moreBig Sky worked with the landscaper to coordinate the expansion. They ran the lines, installed and adjusted the heads, installed the bigger clock, showed me how to program the clock, showed me how to adjust the heads and replace nozzles and heads. They even replaced a couple of heads on the existing system that were malfunctioning. Since they had to dig underground a short distance to run the additional wires, I requested they run the wires through conduit so no digging would be necessary in the future. They did so. Brian has been out a couple of times since to adjust the nozzles. He promised me a map of the line layout for documentation purposes, but he hasn't provided it yet. That is the only thing that hasn't been done. At some point, a few more zones will be needed to cover the rest of the front yard, and at this point, I see no problem with having Big Sky do that work.
Description of Work: Big Sky expanded the existing sprinkler system by adding 4 zones, and installed a bigger clock.

Description of Work: Got an estimate and chose them to level the yard, bring in topsoil and supply the sod. We were told that we were about the 4th job down on the waiting list but they didnt really give us a date. Finally we got a date out of them but they showed up THREE WEEKS late. They get to the house and level the yard, kinda. I still have high spots and low spots and lots of rocks. We told them we are not happy with the job they did and still haven't showed up yet. So now I'm still waiting and sitting on the couch waiting for them to fix it when I should be laying patio stone and getting the sprinkler guy out here so he can do his thing. I'm thinking about firing them and renting some equipment and doing it myself. At least then it will get done!

+ -1 moreAwful! Usually run about two hours late sometimes more and there was a break in the system after closing the system and opening it up again with a hole in my driveway. Even though they give a guarantee they do not stand behind it and they will not even return my phone calls. Beware - these guys have no professionalism and they may work on water systems but they will leave you high and dry.
