Description of Work: I wanted them to look at pillars on front porch and provide an estimate to stabilize them. Big Belt agreed to look and let me know what could be done and the cost, but never responded. After multiple phone calls, all I got was an answering macvhmnne, and no return calls, even when I suggested they let me know they couldn't do the work so I could look for another firm.

He responded to my request for help promptly, was very polite, explained everything in detail and was very accommodating, even when I changed my mind a few times! He and his crew are trustworthy. The addition looked better than we anticipated, all in all we were very pleased. We will be using them again in the future.

+ -1 moreThey were recommended by Sears to remove an old Jenn Air stove and replace it with a new Jenn Air stove. We have an old house and there is no way to install an overhead fan/vent for a stove, and the old stove was installed in the early 1970s. So we had no other replacement choices. In short, due to a wide variety of problems related to the prior installation being done wrong, differing counter top heights on either side of the new drop-in stove (old one was free standing), sloping floor, and new stove design affecting installation, there were multiple problems. It took far longer than anticipated to get the new stove in place; and , in spite of many efforts (they have installed several hundred stoves for Sears) it just wasn't right. They agreed to return to make some changes to get it right. We ordered another part and they returned to install if and came up with a solution to improve the installation which meant a customized solution - and they developed a customized solution, came back and reinstalled the stove. And it looks great.
Description of Work: Removed and installed a new stove, plus solved problems related to an older house, improper prior installation, and changes in stove design.

Description of Work: He has done most of all the updates on my house. He has remodeled my bathrooms and even kitchen coutnertops. He even makes his own counter tops and they are amazing.
