 + -1 moreThey were awful. They don't communicate, no phone calls and messages. They over promise. I sold my house early this march and they still had stuff that needed to complete. They did not complete the landed part and the railing. It was really ugly and I would never hire them again. I would never recommend them to anyone. The deck was nice but the experience was negative.

 + -1 moreHad some communication issues in the beginning but David made sure to rectify the situation. I have paid the half up front and am waiting for the weather to cooperate so I can have the work done. Bent Tree was kind enough to allow me be flexible with the scheduling as I will have family in town. David is great as he was previously an insurance adjuster and thoroughly knows the ins and outs of the business. He will do excellent work in getting you the right price.
