We have had constant problems getting him out to do the job and e paid him from. We’ve been working with him close to 5 years but we’ve barely seen him in that time. It’s been excuse after excuse. For the past two years he’s had about one weeks worth of work that he can’t seem to get to. The work that he has done is inefficient and gives us constant problems. We paid him to get fixtures and trimmings and apparently they got stolen he said he would reorder them two years ago still haven’t seen them. He’s good for quick jobs but if you are renovating a home save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Friendly, personable and competent. However not good at returning calls -did not return one phone call for over a week when I needed assistance with a critical plumbing problem that they created as a part of their work. When they do show up plus or minus 1-2 hours of time promised, a master plumber and his entourage will be onsite. Mother, girlfriend, wife, other licensed plumber and a friend are all likely to show up. At a minimum, the master plumber and licensed plumber are onsite - usually with the friend. Be aware that you will be charged time for the other plumber and the friend. It is unclear to me whether their presence speed up the work of the master plumber or not. Maybe having them onsite and paying a lower hourly rate saved me time that would have been charged by the master plumber?? No way to tell. The hourly rate can be in excess of $150 when you are charged for the time of all three. They are friendly and competent. If I considered using them again, I would be EXPLICIT upfront about expectations, timelines, what the hourly rate is and who would be on the job site earning wages and my expectation that no other people would be around. While all are friendly, I'm not sure how having all of them on the job site helped --perhaps it cost me more time because of the distractions?
