They replaced a furnace part.

I have used 4 Seasons several times in the past and have had both very good and very bad experiences with them. I recently called them to deal with a stopped up toilet and a broken garbage disposal. Responsiveness was excellent--they came in less than an hour. The service repair man was excellent and was very thorough, wishing to be certain that everything was in working order. He ended up replacing the garbage disposal promptly, reparing a leak in the opposite sink that I had not yet noticed, and I am very happy with the results. Several years ago, we had a backup in our basement, which caused us to have 4 Seasons come to our house. They propsed a major excavation and replacement of the main pipe that ran out to the road, and were unable to accurately locate this main line. The end result was a huge hole in our yard under a sidewalk which is now caving in. We ended up halting the project when they propsed jackhammering up our driveway and opting to have a and quot;colonoscopyand quot; style investigation with a camera by an outside service, which concluded that there was no need to replace the main line. We have not had any trouble in the past 4 years hence, excepting the sinking sidewalk. The bill was around $1250 for a big mess. So the final message is: they are great for minor jobs, excellent in fact. I would be very cautious to use them for major jobs that are costly.

Their prices are reasonable. I am real satisfied with them. They arrive quickly, do really good work, and are very congenial. They are very responsive to customer needs.
