They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. After hearing horror stories from other people about their home building experiences, I was apprehensive. We had no need to be, we had absolutely no problems with them or any of their subs. Their work ethic and commitment to a quality product was exceptional. They were always accessible and willing to answers our questions fully. Part of the time we were local during the building and part of it we were out of state. They kept us informed and even sent us pictures of the progress on our house when we were out of the area. They have high expectations for their subs and have subs that have worked with them for years because of how they are treated by the owners of Pigman Builders. It shows in the quality of the work done. I would rate everyone who worked on the house as excellent. We had a friend come by during the construction stage that is in the construction industry and he said that the quality of the work done was some of the best he had seen in a very long time. Yes! Chip's wife, Anne, was very helpful in the selection of the flooring, counter tops, stone, granite, etc. for the home. She has a lot of experience doing that and very willingly gave of her time and expertise. I love how everything turned out. Do not hesitate to use Pigman builders, you will have a very positive experience and receive a quality home to be proud of.

From the beginning of our design and construction process we felt we were in excellent hands and had made the perfect choice for us. Many years later I know that I can call with any questions. The builder used quality people and quality products.
