BR Tin & Furnace

Description of Work: I had an energy company give me an energy audit, and Bitterroot Tin was on the list of "reputable" companies to do work related to the energy audit. I needed an external combustion source for my water heater, along with a chimney liner/vent cap. Someone came out and took a look, and was very nice during the house visit, and he told me he'd send me a quote for the job--and I have never heard back. I have left three voicemails; they never pick up the phone, and have not called back. It has been over a month now. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.

Description of Work: A "Bill" had come out to repair furnace that was ready to quit. The first time he was supposed to come out, he forgot. Came on the second phone call the next day. Went over the furnace and stated an igniter had to be placed, and that he would be back with it. Waited, waited and waited. Phone calls resulted in nothing. Eventually, Vivian told to pick it up down the road on Sutherland. Vivian there three times, no igniter (to put in ourselves). Worrying about furnace quitting in very cold weather, Vivian called Temp Right Services - - - and a service person came out within two hours!! And even fixed the problem, installing an igniter!! But, to the tune of $190.00, making this an almost $500 expense.
