Description of Work: My furnace wasn't working properly. I called in the morning and they were able to come out around 1:00pm. It was a very simple fix. The technician was very nice and professional.

+ -1 moreThey provided an accurate time the repairman would show up. They said 12:30. He was here at 12:35. I was pleased not to get a time estimate of " between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm". The repairman was personable and very knowledgeable. He had the issue diagnosed within the first 5 minutes and the repair done within the hour. He had a truck full of parts/supplies so he didn't have to run around get parts. After the repair he sat down with us and told us what we can do to keep the furnace running another 25 years. He isn't into selling people new furnaces...just making sure the ones they have get repaired and maintained to last the longest possible time. Very environmental and energy friendly!
Description of Work: House call and replace ignitor on gas furnace. Performed thorough maintenance and inspection. Adjusted gas levels.
