 + 0 moreA few years after our first home inspection, on the first home we'd ever bought, we had to climb into the attic... only to discover that it was clear, based on what we found, that our inspector never even checked up there! The inspection lasted a couple of hours easy, and he provided us with a complete report as well as a copy for our realtor before leaving the premises. He was courteous and professional and his experience made us at ease with his findings and recommendations. We feel confident in the work performed, and would highly recommend his services.
Description of Work: Well, since realtors aren't allowed to recommend inspectors, I had to do a Google search and hope for the best! Scott had to travel over an hour to get to us and was happy to do so. We were told that "inspectors don't like the potential homeowner hovering around." Well Scott not only welcomed our presence, he encouraged us to participate as he said it's his job to teach us all about the house we want to make our home. Scott made sure we knew where our main water shut off's were, he made sure we knew how to "reset" our boiler system should it need done, and much more. He was courteous and professional and his experience put us at ease with his findings and recommendations. After previous experiences, we felt SO great about having "googled" Scott and hiring him. We feel confident in the work performed, and would highly recommend his services.
