+ -1 moreI scheduled an appointment for Ron Hall Sprinklers to work on my irrigation system, took time off work and was home 15 minutes prior to the appointment. I found a note on my door saying the serviceman showed up an hour and 45 minutes prior to the appointment and to reschedule. I called the receptionist and was told to wait around and if I they heard from the serviceman they would call. I waited another hour with no reply. I called the receptionist back to inquire and was told I needed to reschedule for another day. I declined. I wasted at least 2 hours and a gallon of gas or so to not receive service. In today's economy, good service is going to earn my dollar.
Description of Work: Requested service to an automated sprinkler system. Service was not performed.

Now it is the middle of July I have a 5 yard by 3 yard dry spot in my backyard and I called them to see if they would do anything about it and of course they will but they are going to charge me again. What kind of deal is that. What about standing behind your word and your work. They designed the system also so they should no that it does not cover the area adequately.
Description of Work: Well It started off as a home run. They went in and checked all my sprinklers and zones. About 20 minutes work and said if there was any problems give them a call. They were on time and did a good job.
