Initial estimate and communications was somewhat frustrating. Took two visits by Paradise to get the project info accurate, but once they did owner Matt pulled together a professional bid package, which was followed by a professional contract. Also, communications improved when I realized that they didn't have an office person to respond to voice messages, and I started communicating directly with Matt via email. Fence removal and installation was pretty uneventful and was completed in 4-1/2 days on some of the hottest days in June of 2015. Paradise has been very expeditious in honoring their lifetime warranty in repairing 3 small installation issues that have popped up from high wind events, the latest in February 2016 . Overall things went pretty well and I love the fence. I would suggest if you leave a voice message, to follow it up with an email.

The crew did a great job installing 125' of vinyl fence and gate. They navigated around thick shrubs and trees while maintaining a level, straight line. They did it in a timely manner and minimized messing up the yard. Although vinyl fencing is expensive, pricing seemed very competitive with other bids secured. The crew chief was personable and attentive to our needs. We really couldn't ask for a better experience. Certainly would use their services again and highly recommend to others.

Excellent job could not be happier

I am so glad I selected Paradise Fencing to remove an old chain link fence and install a solid vinyl fence. Everyone I dealt with throughout the project was extremely professional, reliable, and hard working. Matt answered every single question I had concerning the installation process and the product. Once the project started, they worked hard to complete it quickly for me on some very hot days. They even removed unwanted lava rocks for me and hauled away a ton of branches I had cut down earlier in the spring. I just love the fence. It improved the look of the property. I had an appraisal done recently and the fence added to the overall value of the property as well. After the project was completed, Matt contacted me to make sure I was pleased with everything. I could not be more pleased. Matt, Kale, and the rest of the crew really do nice work. I have several other projects that need to be completed and I will be hiring Paradise Fencing in the future. I strongly recommend this company.

These guys do not mess around!! They come ready to work!! They came in on the first day and removed/trucked away all existing chain link fence. They then proceeded to dig new holes and prep the area. They erected temporary barrier fence so that our dogs could still use the back yard. On the 2nd day, they set and pored concrete on all posts. On the 3rd day, they installed the fence and gates. Amazing speed and quality work. The project mgr. Kale even made contact with me to say he was not pleased with how one of the gates looked and said he wished to order a new one to allow better closed gaps and privacy (he took the words right out of my mouth and I didn't have to mention it)-it is clear that they want to be satisfied with the job as much as the customer would! These guys left a clean site after construction and were very responsive to any questions we had. I hired this company at the recommendation of a good friend who had previously used them for the fence at his new house. The recommendation was 'spot on'. Be advised, if you attempt to call the business number and get not answer, it is due to their being out on job sites. If you leave a message or email, they WILL get back to you.

I was very impressed with the fence install. The crew was speedy and did a great job. They even put up a temporary fence for my pets!! They even called me several months later to check on everything and make sure everything was OK.

Paradise came to our location with brochures illustrating the various types of fence available as well as giving us locations and references of previous installations they had done. The representative reviewed and measured our lot. The project also entailed fencing for 2 other common property line neighbors. They were courteous and efficient in coordinating the project with all parties.They were prompt in getting the bid to us and providing a breakdown of costs for materials, installation and removal of an old existing fence. Their bid was very competitve with others we got from other companies who would not do the removal and prep work that Paradise included. The installation required a substantial amount of work to prepare and clear vegetation from the property lines.The company did a great job of working with us during construction the entire project. Some weather issues delayed the project but the company was good about communicating and did an excellent job of workmanship even though they were time stressed for other jobs as well. Since the installation last fall we have had several high wind days (70+ mph) and there has been no sign of it by looking at the fence. It has stood up well and is a great addition to our property. I would highly recommend Paradise Fencing in the Great Falls area.
