The project was to take 15 working days. It took twice that spread out over 3 months. We told them at the start of the job we wanted it completed by a certain date due to company coming. They did not meet our request and at that point they were over 10 days past the time frame they agreed to. They would not show up when they said they were going to and normally did not call. Guess there time was more valuable them ours. They had some workmanship issues with sheetrock taping that were corrected but took lots of time. The foundation for the project had to be redone because the first attempt did not meet code. The final product looks good and hopefully will prform well. The lousy project management would prevent me from using them again.

The first time they showed up, they asked if I had a ladder or saw. They didn't even have shims. The job was to install windows and fix leaking roof. They didn't cover the hard wood floor with anything and spilled the expanding foam on the floor and on the chair. Put a hole in the wood floor when they dropped a window. They used my card table and chairs for a work bench, the didn't clean up after themselves. They used my saw without my permission. When the job was done they took my saw and extension cord. I had to tell them to bring them back and they did. They wouldn't show up when they said they would so it was inconvenient to have to have someone home to keep an eye on them. Of the seven windows they installed one didn't fit so they had to order another one so it took longer than we wanted. They started the beginning of December and put the last window in yesterday, 1/28/14. There also was French door they ordered and installed but it came in with a little damage but told them we would deal with it. He did give me a $375.00 discount to repair all the damage they caused ourselves and to clean up the mess they left so we could get them out of the house. They said they repaired the leak in the roof but a few days later, it still leaked. They told me they found that is was a bigger job then they thought and would be another $1500.00 to fix. I didn't have them come back!

I had bought a house in may. As per home inspection the previous owner tried to correct some issues on the roof and caused greater problems. I called mike as well as three others that said they did the work. Mike was the only one willing to show up and bid the job. the bid came in for less than I expected so he got the job. His crew was considerate of my concerns both on the work and cosmetic desire. Any questions I had they addressed and explained to me. They worked hard to do the job right and keep me happy. Even small changes they came to explain why the change was needed and get my approval.
