Orkin Pest Control

Did not go well at all. The Orkin person was suppose to show up Sept 1st at 12:00 PM. The appointment was made over the phone earlier in the week by the Orkin representative when I spoke to hime. He never came or bothered to call to let me know he was not coming. Overall Orkin's lack of responsiveness was totally unprofessional. I would definitely not hire them because of their unreliability.

Ron and Steve are awesome! They are highly professional and very punctual. We have seen both Ron and Steve but our regular guy is Ron. They come to the house and spray where they are supposed to, using caution every time with our children and our pets. Since we have used Orkin's Services, we have seen next to no pests. I can't stand bugs. Hebe jebes to the bone. I am now comfortable with having my children play or lounge on the family room floor which is in the lower level of the house. Before, I wouldn't allow it. :) I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

This review is for ORKIN OF MISSOULA only. We had an Orkin representative come out for an estimate. Everything went well with the exception of two things. First - As is typical, he wanted us to agree to a contract for continuing service. NOT!! Second - When I thanked him for coming and told him that we were still interviewing he was taken aback. He automatically took us off his list of potential customers when he said and quot;Any Jo Blow down the street can call himself an exterminatorand quot;. Bad - bad - bad boy!! That was, as we all know, very immature and extremely unprofessional! The exterminator we did hire didn't even mention the word contract, used the products/chemicals I requested and was very professional. Don't waste your time and money with contracts.

They are very good. For the price, for us, it's worth it, and they are excellent.

The service was real good but the people who came to the house to do the job were kind of rude but other than that they did the job. The price was good. I checked with some other place and they were sky high. The quality of their work was good. I don't have bugs. They were responsive and punctual. I called and they were here within two days. I would grade the people who came out a B because they were not very professional.
