These guys were horrible DO NOT HIRE THEM one of the movers stole from me a bottle of change and cologne my mother's prescriptions they were hired through movinghelp.com they broke a piece of persian tiger marble from an antique that belongs to my wife they damaged my wife's bed frame and the kitchen leafs for the dining room table and took 1500 from us directly which denied movinghelp.com their 15% which was a breach of contract between them and movinghelp one guy quit with out the job being completed they smelled like alcohol when they showed up OVER ALL WOULD NOT RECCOMENDED THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE FIND A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

They were horrible! They argued among themselves, talked about each other, finally one of them just quit. It was cold and they left the garage and house doors open the entire time until the washer and the boiler pipes froze. When I got back there was water spraying everywhere and I had to pay for the damage, as well as replacing my washer. When I mentioned the cold to them they assured me they knew what they were doing and had moved in much colder temps. At the new house they broke the washer front on the way into the basement; I didn't know yet that it had been frozen lines were broken. The desk had to go upstairs; I suggested taking it apart to make it easier but was told no, they could do it. The desk was only 2 or 3 months old; they destroyed it. They didn't take the office door off to fit it through but tried to shove it in. He spent at least an hour trying to fix it, then set it up against the wall to make it look like it was ok. When I tried to move it because it wasn't where I had asked to have it set I found it was against the wall to balance it because it was so broken and it fell to pieces. Putting beds together was also part of the arrangement but was never done. I paid for the extra time he spent putting the desk up so it looked ok and they didn't even finish the service they were hired for. Don't hire this company, especially if you have more than one story! Very unprofessional, and they don't care about their customers or the stuff they are moving! Next time I will use a real moving company. I wouldn't trust them with odd jobs, either.

They made time for us even though they were heavily booked. They were absolutely on time and got the job done quickly. We had a couple of stairs into the house which made it more difficult, but they had no problem with it. They were polite, efficient, and helpful.

I arrived in town late Friday night with a fully loaded U-Haul truck. I called Jerry and Chris for help on Saturday. Even though it was short notice they helped me out and did a fantastic job. The wife wanted things placed just so-so and they were very accommodating. They were careful with the leather sofa and recliners as well as all the furniture. Great job, very professional. I will use them again

I've used this provider several times. He is punctual and responsive and always fair with price. Unfortunately, some furniture was damaged during this most recent move. I am not sure he has appropriate insurance to cover that type of thing, as he hasn't been in touch with me to correct the issue. However, I would probably call him again, if he agreed to offer me a credit for the repair costs. I really like him. Prior to the furniture damage and his failure to address it, I'd have given him all A's. He's a great guy, offers very fair rates, will do almost anything and shows up when he says he'll be there. Might hire him to paint my house, next summer, if he is properly insured.
