 + -1 moreThe best thing about this service is that they came by a week later to check on the furnace. When they did they found that a pump they had kept from the old furnace was not working well enough with the new furnace. They replaced this pump without charging us the difference because it was not in our original quote. This was exceptional and way more than I would have expected from them! This is a company with integrity and quality service. I will recommend them to everyone!
Description of Work: They came over to do a check up and possible service for our 20 year old furnace and to service our central air unit. He told us that the furnace could last a bit longer but that is was time to upgrade it. He recommended that it be done before we need it done. We had a housing inspector tell us this almost 2 years earlier so we decided to go ahead and replace the furnace. It worked out great they were able to give us the new furnace the next day and were in and out of the house in one day. They were neat, professional and cleaned up so there was no sign of them being there after they left. They ran new ducts where needed and made sure our ducts and vents were sealed and working efficiently. They also serviced our central air unit and have it ready for summer! All this for a reasonable fee.
