Home Renovations did a great job from start to finish. Brad our salesman came through with answers, suggestions, and was very prompt. Our project was replacing 28 windows, two stories of metal siding, and rain gutters. The new windows keep the temperature more constant and it is so quiet. It turned out beautifully and we would highly recommend them and the products they use.

Lance was very professional and helpful with explaining the product. I had, had several bids prior to meeting with H.R. They made it affordable for me to get both my siding and metal roof on the home. They provided me a time frame and were out a little earlier then what they expected. During the whole process they stayed in contact with me and kept me updated of any changes. They were thorough, cleaned my property extremely well, were considerate of the animals I have. I would definitely use them again. Overall good price and great workmanship.

Description of Work: Was extremely dissatisfied with Home Renovations. Was told the job would be started in 2 weeks, ended up having to wait 5 weeks. Everytime I was told he would call me I ended up waiting days and eventually had to track him down. Was told there would be an additional $500 because of unforeseen damage but when I got the bill it was actually $700 and that still has not been explained to me. I dont know anything about roofing but hope the job was done correctly, time will tell. My main complaint is the unprofessional way the job was handled.

It all went really well. Home Renovations did an amazing job and were very prompt on their work and professional. Would definitely use them again for future work.

They came out when they said that they would. Took them all day to fix and replace the window. Mind you this window is 7ft X 8ft.! Big window.. Wasn't long after that they had to come back when we got all that cold front , my window had cracked. The owner Zack had came out and we talked about doing 3 windows instead because it was so big. That was the reason it cracked so they made me a great deal and are working with me on the window. That will be put in around April.

Roof looks good but fist good rain water off roof misses gutter and soaks porch and found several holes in gutter that were not there before. I have called twice to get them to look at roof and fix the problem of the run off running behind the gutter but have not received any return calls.

Absolutely not recommended by me or my family.
Description of Work: Very poor experience. Unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure that you want them to do the work DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT.I signed a contract, and tried to cancel and they would NOT let me cancel. They told me they would refund my money but then forced me to buy their overpriced product. I later bought the same product and am paying $110 for 16 pieces and it was $500 for 25 from them.

Response from HOME RENOVATIONS
Member called Home Renovations to get a price from us on leaf guard. Our salesman Sam went out to see the Member and gave her our no cost estimate for the leaf guard project at her residence. She decided to hire us to provide the the leaf guard and install it. Sam filled out an agreement form for the work we would perform at $1000.00. She signed it, gave us a down payment of $500 and we ordered her product. She later called and asked to cancel, and we told her it was non refundable after the product had been ordered. We spoke with her daughter and came up with an agreement to deliver the product and not do the install. The total cost of material was the $500. We tried to be fair with the Member, She had a contract with us in the amount of $1000 and ended up paying 500 for material only.

The owner is Zach Olson. Their price was reasonable, and they did a good job. They came out when they said they would, and they got the job done within the timeframe that they said they would.

Came out to the house and gave us an estimate on roof repair due to strong winds. I tried calling back to schedule an appointment to have to work done. Called numerous times, never available and NEVER returned my call. I am now look for someones to do the work.

The person who came to do the estimate was excellent. Very professional. The crew that came to do the work was great. They worked hard and cleaned up really well. They kept us up to date every step of the way.
Description of Work: Replace roof on 1,100 sf ranch home. They removed all the old roofing and replaced it with new. They replaced roof vents.
