Horrible. Multiple pieces of siding fell off side of house within 2 days of them indicating the work was completed. Siding provided was not the siding that was written on the contract. Work per written contract not completed. Did not complete the seals around the windows although was included in the written contract. They left an area around the chimney unsealed. It rained. Water got into the house attic and soaked wood. One of their representatives came to the house when no one was home and removed extra siding outside that was to replace the ones their workers' broke and ones that fell off. Refused to return the items. They sent a letter stating they messed up on the written contract and that their charges were higher. Requested more money. Multiple calls unanswered. Took over 8 months and work still not completed. Siding continues to fall off and cannot get them to return to fix. Had to pay another contractor to come and fix the improperly placed siding and complete the seals.

I signed the agreement in September, they came fairly quickly to do the roofing. When they were in process,they ran out of shingles and the unfinished garage and shed sat for a week or so. During that time, I noticed they shingled OVER the satellite dish and cable. I also noticed nails visibly sticking out - when a roof is done correctly, you will never see a nail. Finally a different set of workers came over and finished up, "fixed" where the satellite dish was and hammered down the nails. It took until late November to get the gutters done, this company was going to replace only the one piece on the front of the garage (about 28 feet, when my insurance covered all gutters about 150 feet), they had a copy of the insurance estimate so there was no reason they should have been confused. You can decide on your own why they would do that, quite a price difference - they ended up subcontracting to another company. I watched them sign the paperwork for the other company to complete the gutter work - then that night the owner of the company fired the gutter company. Luckily for me, I knew the gutter company, they informed me and completed the work anyway. Great Falls Roofing knew the sheet rock had gotten wet and had agreed to replace it. Wet in September - untouched until November = black mold.... I ended up having to have mold remediation done. They tried really hard to shift the accountability to someone else. It is now the end of December. I paid $2500 down (my deductible was less than that). I do not have an itemized invoice from them so I cannot submit it to insurance to claim my recoverable depreciation from my insurance. The gutter company remains unpaid as well. Finally, I received harassing text messages from one of the employees, I ended up blocking him, but should have turned him in to the police for harassment.

Horrible company. Hired on 02/15/16 to put new roof and new siding on the house. Paid $16,800 total for both. They forgot to seal the roof around the chimney area and now I have water damage inside of my house. Discovered 07/03/16 so 5 months of rain was flowing into the home attic. Said they "miscalculated" the original price on the written contract so stated I owed $800 more than the original signed contract for chimney work. I foolishly paid the extra money. Said it was completed 03/14/16. They cashed the check. Discovered on 07/03/16 they did not do any of the work paid for on the chimney. It finally got completed 07/20/16. Written contract given for a specific type of siding. After contract signed and half paid up front, they stated they had to use a cheaper siding than originally agreed to, but I still had to pay the same price on the written contract. Workers put staples thru the security camera cords, knocking the cameras out, and then personal items belong to the owner were stolen the same day (yet all their tools and equipment laying out in the open were not touched). The workers then disappeared and never returned. After multiple calls a new crew came out. They company stated all work was done on 07/20/16. I sent photos that metal window trim was missing that their worker walked off with and it was not replaced, per the written contract. On 07/23/16 some of the siding literally just fell off the house. They said they must have forgotten to nail a few pieces. Work still not finished as of 07/26/16 per the written contract. Work phone number constantly disconnected. Owner refuses to complete the work per the contract and has cashed the checks. Do not hire this company and do not trust them. I was lied to multiple times and now have to pay more money to hire a professional to fix the damage caused by their company and to replace the missing/stolen items.

I was thoroughly pleased with this company. They were the most professional roofing company I had dealt with during this specific experience. I contacted 11 roofing companies, only 2 actually responded. Several of them said they would leave me a quote and then never did. Never called to explain why. I was very disappointed in the quality of service provided by many of these roofing companies. Great Falls Roofing got me a quote the same day I called them. They explained all the factors involved with our roof specifically so there would be no surprises when they came to do the job. The owner gave me a two week time frame but was able to do it a week earlier than planned. Our roof is very steep and had several layers of old roof. 3 guys came out and had the job done in 3 days. It simply amazing how quickly and well they worked, hauling huge plywood sheets up 20ft ladders. They did a very good job cleaning up as well, and were polite and professional. Our roof was more expensive because of the danger involved and the several layers of old roof. I would definitely hire or recommend this company again.
