Description of Work: Kelly Parks, is by far the BEST realtor I have ever dealt with. She is VERY knowledgable and VERY upfront and forthcoming in all aspects of real estate. She is VERY fast paced and VERY progressive in her business. It only took us 3 weeks to sell our house, and with her negotiations with the other realtors, we actually got more than what we were asking for our house. I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly for ALL your Real Estate needs!!! She does not beat around the bush, as she will tell you upfront if you will need to fix something, or if you are priced to high and the best part, she doesn't cut corners, as she will make sure all the "i's" are dotted and all the "t's" are crossed.

Her ability to locate just what we needed was above and beyond what we expected in buying and transitioning to our first house. She sold us the house in 2007 but I put 29Mar2013 because since then she has never failed to be there for us in anything we needed. She is not just a sales agent, she is an all around service specialist and friend. Over the years since the purchase, she has ensured a new furnace was installed when I was away with the military, assisted the renters in my house while I was deployed to Afghanistan, and helped in so many other ways it is impossible to list them all. Bottom line is that she is the best and I have recommended her to everyone that has arrived in Great Falls.
Description of Work: Kelly sold us our first house. Since we were new to Great Falls and coming from Spain, she also served as our primary resource in just about everything else we needed in getting used to a new location. She stayed right by our side and ensured all aspects of purchasing the house were covered. From all the paperwork and fees to ensuring that the new roof was properly installed. She even ensured we got new appliances in the kitchen included in the purchase!
