They never showed up the 1st time b/c the crew "Forgot" to come out.... Then the 2nd time the didn't show up we were told AFTER the fact that it was b/c of winds and snow, which is fine except for on their facebook page people were writing that they did a great job on that same day of removing snow from roofs..... The 3rd time Courtney (who typically calls) called to tell me that she will ask about a discount and ask the crew when they can come out. I received a call from a guy claiming to work on the crew and said he "can't have anyone come out today b/c they are busy doing normal snow removal and will be working through the night, and that his crew will take care of my roof 1st thing Sunday....well as you guessed, no one showed up.... So i left yet another message for Courtney asking what gives....I get a call back on Monday morning with her saying that she isn't going to have her guys on a roof at -50F.....but in the same breath said she has crews removing snow all weekend and today and that I can't get my house done asap... So it's too cold to shovel snow on a nearly flat roof 15 ft off the ground, but not too cold at the surface??? That was an interesting thing to tell someone who is a Atmospheric Scientist.... So after discussing that with her and saying that someone called me, she denied she ever said "1st in line to get done", claimed she is the only one that calls from that number (even though I mentioned I have a VM to prove someone called and left a message from that number....) and proceeded to tell me she is "only human" and That I should "find another company to deal with".... Talk about worst customer service ever and a company that has no clue how to schedule things and execute those engagements properly.

Grass Whackers power raked our lawn 2 weeks ago. We had the owner come over to see the issues they created on our lawn. There were rake makes all across our lawn and they had raked down to the dirt. The owner said his power rake machines wouldn't create those lines and the dirt patches were from ants. When I explained that our lawn didn't look like that before he started, Jeremy Olds, the owner asked if I was trying to tell him how to do his job? What ever you do, don't use Grass Whackers if you want to save your lawn.

The crew did a fantastic job. Removed a huge load of pine needles, de-thatched the lawn and cleaned the previous fall and winter accumulation of leaves, trash and other debris from all garden areas. The price was very reasonable and their excellent work freed me to continue inside restoration work prior to selling my old house.

I called to have my lawn aeration completed. They were prompt, not expensive and did a nice job. I will use them for everything now. Had them do my power raking this year. Again they were great, professional and reasonably priced.

Excellent work. They charged exactly what they estimated they would charge.

I have been using them for about 3 years. I like them a lot. It is a young man and he has polite workers. They are helpful beyond belief. I feel like they go above and beyond. They are quick, professional, and easy to reach. I will continue to use them in the future.

It was a great experience. I called Jeremy and right away he was out giving me an estimate then within the week my work was done. The greatest thing was I didnt have to pay right away, he billed me at the end of the month.

Their work is pretty good. They do a great job. I've found that they are quick and professional.
