+ -1 moreDuring demo, the crew cracked the base of a built in bookshelf and a windowsill. They did not offer to repair and I will have to fix it myself. Once they had the walls down, they saw that they needed to add framing prior to putting up the drywall. This was an extra $435, but they did not frame it square, so there are some areas that are bowed/not flat. The $435 did include insulation in the ceiling for sound-deadening in that which was a nice touch. The only other issue I had was that cleanup was apparently not included in the price. They left buckets, scraps, and the whole area covered in dust and debris. Overall, it was fine for a basement job.
Description of Work: They tore out old siding and put up new drywall and texture.

+ -1 moreI had him come in and scrape off all the popcorn acoustics off of my living room and hallway ceiling. He also re-textured. He was very friendly and was done start to finish in 2 half days. the job took him maybe a total of 9 hours. Amazing work! I would reccomend George to anyone.
