+ -1 moreAll went smoothly and took less than 3 weeks. I have used GaB for other computer issues and have never been disappointed. Their pricing is very reasonable. They have gone above and beyond when fixing my computer. It's the only place I will take my computer when it is in need of help. They have always spoken to me in plan English and never talked down to me, even though I don't always understand the techy speak. .
Description of Work: The provider tested and determined that my hard drive was trying to die. He thankfully backed up/saved my information before it died. He then replaced the hard drive and a shorted usb port. He had the foresight to order a replacement hard drive when he was ordering one for another client, before he knew the extent of the damage to my computer. This saved considerable time.
