He indicated that he would come and look in my attic, but would not go in. I could do that myself. He would charge $75 for looking and wouldn't come until after the weekend. He said he wouldn't do anything but look in there.

He was on-time but did not come prepared. He did not have a ladder tall enough to reach one of the ledges the pigeons had been perching on and therefore could not put any spikes on it. He did give us a discount from the original quote, but pigeons still hang out on that ledge and poop in front of one of the bedroom windows. So the problem was not completely fixed. However, after he sprayed the bugs went away and we haven't seen them since. He had a younger kid with him that I guess he was training. I could hear them outside arguing so that was a little un-professional. I may ask him to come spray again if needed, but I won't be paying him again to rid us of our pigeons because what he did the first time around didn't really help.

He recently raised his rates, but I have been a long time customer and will not raise my price. I no longer have bugs. He is the only one that could get to my house at the time. I had deadly spiders. He came and told me about the spiders. He did exactly what he said he was going to do.
