Description of Work: Installed new service and updated power outlets in kitchen. It did not go well. First, a week after they promised to come out, I had to call and find out why they hadn't come. They were very busy and running behind for a variety of reasons...none of which they bothered to tell me about until I called them. My kitchen remodel was now a week behind schedule. When they did come, they felt I needed a new service. More waiting. The day they came to install the new breaker box, it was -20 degrees. I'd already waited over 2 weeks. If the guy had told me the potential for what happened next, I'd have waited again for the weather to warm up. He had to turn off the power for several hours. Two lines from the boiler to the radiators froze solid, during that time. The house was so cold we couldn't get it warmed back up for days, AND I had to pay an additional $250 to repair the damage. No offers to compensate me for that, not to mention the fact that I was freezing for almost a week! In fact, there was no real admission of guilt for the problem in the first place. Owner actually said he felt the line would have frozen, anyway...which was ridiculous, as it would have been HOT, had the power not been off for over four hours! Grrrr. As a final insult...we had requested that they take a look at our doorbell. A simple thing, we thought. The guy told me it was very complicated to fix it, and that I would need to find the transformer it was connected to before he could even assess the viability of the situation. Turns out, THEY were the ones who disconnected it in the first place! Grrrrrrrr, again. The price for the work seems fair, based on estimates from another company. The professionalism...not so much. I do have other wiring issues to address, but I will be contacting a different company for that work.

 + -1 moreIt was a great experience, called for a quote and they came out the same day. Once I decided to go with them, they were able to fit me in within a week. The job lasted four hours and they cleaned up after they were complete. Have not had any problems with the lights since they were installed.
Description of Work: Installed four can lights and two switches in my living room.

 + -1 moreI had an older garage door opener. It stopped working and I did not want to replace the whole thing. They were able to fix it quickly. The electrician they sent was very prompt and courteous. I called the company and told them of my problem garage door opener. It was very old and I didn't want to spend the couple thousand to replace it. They took my information and sent someone over that afternoon. He looked at it and took some info from it. He then scheduled a time to come back the next morning. I didn't have to wait around all day which was nice. He came back after doing some research and was able to fix it pretty quickly. He was sooo friendly and I call them now first.
