Material purchases was correct & that was the only thing! Was on my property no more than 8 hours total with two helpers. None of the top edges of the skirting were trimmed out flush to the siding. The corner pieces of skirting were not folded over and bolted to keep from someone hurting themselves on it and to keep moisture from running down the openings that weren't flush. Around the stairs were left jagged and open. I mentioned it & on the second day he put some junk edging that looks purple only going horizontally. Left the vertical areas around the stairs open. Edges of skirting were not even cut in a straight line! Terrible job! Buyer beware!! Never again would we use him!!

The roof went on real fast. We found out through having to get it repaired the panels weren't installed properly with 1 x 4 laths just cheap 7/16th OSB. When serviceman walked on it they crushed the metal rib as it had no support. Buyer beware has been known to violate building codes. Before we knew. He was to insulate roof and no insulation anywhere when old roof removed and redone. He prays on innocent victims. He was condescending to me, and very belligerent. He mocked me. I would not use use him again.
Description of Work: Reroofed our home and insulate it. The work was not to code. The roof leaked,there was no insulation. No pitch was built into roof so water went between metal panels that didn't have sealant between ribs.

Description of Work: He was suppose to level my moblie home and put the skirting back up. All he did was put the skirting back up. Never leveled the moblie home!
