The remodel was nice but he didn't want to wait for the tile to be installed, before putting in the hood fan. He installed it anyway. I explained it would need to be removed. He charged me for the double installation. He said in order for him to do the job efficiently I would need to have everything for my kitchen at my home. When I asked if he would be calling the cabinet company to arrange to have the cabinets delivered. He said I should do that. I know now, he was taking advantage of me. A light globe was broken on my ceiling fan and the stairwell sheet rock was damaged and needed to be repainted. An employee of his removed the brackets from $500 vertical blinds and he said I was nickel and diming him when I said I would be reducing his final payment by those items. He didn't want to do a final walk through when the job was completed. I sent him a text message and asked if we could meet and he was down right rude and insulted my occupation. I have worked for the bigest investment Firm in the NorthWest for the past 32 years calculating performance and fees and he out right called me a bean counter. Shaw Morgan is very unprofessional.
