Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences we have endured. Very unprofessional all the way around. It has been over a year and the job isn’t finished yet. Don doesn’t listen, take notes or remember what needs to be done and how you want it done. The tile and hardwood flooring looks like a 15 yr. old apprentice did it without any supervision.

They did a good job but placed my ridge cap on the wrong way.

they took three days to do job you could not tell there were there when done,we were verry pleased with the job

Poor to non-existent project management. Promised the work would be completed in 4.5 to 5 days. 19 days from start until the day THEY were last on the roof FIXING it. Will be picking up shingles, nails, staples, plastic wrap, cigarette butts, bottle caps, etc. for months if not years!! They billed me for 58 sheets of osb sheeting $2,534.60 -- only 5 sheets were installed.The SE ridge caps lifted during a winter snow storm. The owners pronounced the ridge caps would lay down in the summer heat. Some did, some didn't. I called Owens Corning. There is no warranty due to improper installation. AND because the dust and dirt has accumulated under the lifted caps, they will never seal. I have two options: pay to have all the ridge caps removed and new ones installed (received quote of $2500) or pay someone to manually seal the ridge caps shut with sealant.There are two unseemly humps on the roof due to their failure to properly integrate the dormer roof caps into the main ridge cap.This summer bubbles appeared on the SE roof. I had another roofing contractor inspect the roof. He stated the bubbles were caused by failure to attach the underlying materials properly.They left two piles of debris in the yard. AND a year later I am still picking up bits and pieces of roofing materials including the "do not remove" strips of plastic, which are still coming out from under the shingles a year later... awesome job -- not.

We had an awful experience with our roofing job. The price was right, however, the workers weren't professional when on our property. We had items broken, nails and staples are still being found in our yard 5 years later, they were smoking while on the roof and throwing cigarette butts in our yard. The roof looked nice when they were done and they did replace the patio table they broke but after they were long gone we found another bench broken and pictures INSIDE the house were knocked off the walls and broken. We have had the company back at least 3 times in the past 5 years when shingles have come off and come loose. Each time someone came back to fix what the issue was at the time but all in all we are very displeased. We would not have this company come back to work on our home again.

They were great and they gave us a new roof. They are fast, polite, did what they said they were going to do, good job and cleaned up after themselves.

They were great to work with & took care of my emergency problem even in the cold & wind. They showed up when they said they were going to & got the job done when they said it would be done. Then when, because of the cold, some of the shingles did not hold, they came back out 2 times when it was warmer & repaired the tarring issues at no charge. They worked directly with my insurance company so that I did not have to deal with that hassle. I would recommend them to every one!! In fact, we had quarter to golf ball sized hail 2 weeks ago & Cascade Roofing will be doing the repairs.
