+ -1 moreOverall it was everything I asked PLUS! Brian assured me that if I had any further problems to just give him a call, ANYTIME! He has my permission to remotely access my computer and help immediately. It eases my mind greatly to have found a professional, highly experienced computer tech who I really trust . I have been to several others with past computer issues. My computer is now speedy but even better, protected. I highly recommend Brian Ferguson.
Description of Work: I had some registry& other problems with my 2 year old Dell Inspiron All in one computer. I made the mistake of trying to clean the registry myself. Five times!! My computer was a mess and I had inadvertantly downloaded some particularly bad malware that I could not get rid of. After trying everything suggested I was going to do a system restore and called Brian instead who a friend had highly recommended. I am so glad I did. He did a fantastic job on my computer. It is like brand new PLUS lots more. He has installed many tried & true reliable programs & even set-up a monthly "to do" list to keep my computer as safe as can be with SO many threats out there. Then he took even more time to walk me through it all. All for $100.00...it is the best money I have spent in a long time! Obviously, I can't say enough about the excellence of the service & peace of mind provided AND I got my computer back the same day!
